Lifestyle Homes of Distinction, a multi-state developer, needed to build awareness and drive traffic. A series of tabloid-style newspaper inserts were written and designed to strategically focus on the “lifestyle” aspects of each of the communities.

After the opening of their HealthyBuilt certified community – the Vistas of Westfield – Lifestyle Homes needed to build awareness, educate consumers, and drive traffic to the property. A “Meet the Development Team” event was promoted via a visually exciting direct mail postcard that used the HealthyBuilt aspect as a hook and relied on a “Free $10 Gas Card” offer to encourage attendance.

A series of ads were written and designed to strategically focus on the “lifestyle” aspects of each of the communities in order to emotionally connect with the target audiences of each property and encourage inquiries.
