Graphic Design Assistant

The design intern assists in the creation and layout of a variety of print and web design projects, including ads, newsletters, posters, billboards, signs, brochures, banner ads and web sites.  Duties include image research, image editing, creating modified layouts from existing designs, preparing files for print, and supporting graphic designer with day-to-day design needs for a variety of business clients.

Public Relations Assistant

The PR intern updates media lists, monitors publications and updates client clipping files, researches specific topics and publications, helps prepare press kits, assists with press release writing and distribution, assists with event planning, production and promotion, participates in client and staff meetings, obtains quotes from vendors, performs general office duties, and keeps up with status of accounts.
