Depending on client needs, we structure our working relationship on hourly fees, project fees or retainer.
Most clients new to working with an agency prefer to work with a project fee. Under this arrangement we agree in advance on the scope and objectives of a particular project as well as a flat fee for the work required. Unless otherwise requested, project fees are comprehensive and include all costs and services associated with a project. A deposit (usually 40-50%) is required to initiate the project, with the balance due on completion. Clients usually prefer project fees for such work as:

Catalogs
Direct mail
Newsletters
Web sites
Booklets & reports
Business & marketing plans
Clients with ongoing marketing needs or those embarking on extended campaigns usually prefer a monthly retainer. The retainer fee is based on projected needs, and any balance due is billed at the end of each month. A retainer fee, which ensures that the talents of ClearPoint staff are always at the clients disposal, offers the greatest flexibility and is preferred by clients who need such work as:
Fully outsourced marketing or public relations
Long-term advertising campaigns
Ongoing creative services
Start-up consulting
Ongoing marketing consulting
Recurrent projects

Although all fees are based ultimately on an hourly rate, some clients employ our services on an as-needed basis and pay hourly for the services used. Hourly fees range from $95 to $125 per hour, depending on the nature of the work. This arrangement is best suited for existing clients who need such services as:
Occasional marketing consulting
Assistance with in-house marketing or design
Promotional planning
Writing, editing & proofreading
Graphic design
Review of marketing plans
Event production & promotion
